If there really were a God, and if I were him, I might be starting the rain right about now.  I might let it go twice as long as the last time.  Or, I might just hit the “reset” button, and go back to just before Adam.

Yes, they CAN drill in 5,000 feet of water, and hit oil.  They just can’t do it safely, or clean up the mess when they fail.  How much you want to bet BP’s “we’ll make it right” morphs soon into “we’ll make it right, up to the legal limit of $75 million dollars”?
